As advisor on ERP enabled transformations you will be involved in different types of transformation projects where ERP systems are involved. An ERP implementation or change project can be a part of a larger scale enterprise wide IT operating model, or a stand-alone project. Leveraging on your experience, you will be giving content related and project advise to clients as part of multidisciplinary teams in all phases: during the analysis and definition of the Enterprise Architecture and the IT Target Operating Model, as part of the vendor/package selection process, during the project analysis and design (blueprint) phase and during the implementation phase.
